FIVE TYPES OF GIRLS YOU SHOULD AVOID IN SCHOOL
January 04, 20170 Comments

FIVE TYPES OF GIRLS YOU SHOULD AVOID IN SCHOOL

In this article I will give a list of five types of girls you should avoid in school if you want to make money and make your papers.
If you can quietly note down the points I would list below and try to look out for such girls to confirm if they exist, do not be surprised to find out that a good number of them are in existence. Having said this, let’s go ahead and hit the nail on the head.

GIRLS THAT OVER-SPEND ON FASHION

This type of girls are also of two types. The ones that spends their money and the ones that spends your money. If she is the type that spends her money, then no much problem but if every penny she uses for her extravagant fashion lifestyle comes from your pocket, then there is problem. It is either you spend all the money you saved or you over work yourself to satisfy her. It sounds like a comedy line but it’s real. Avoid them.

THE DECEPTIVE PLANNERS

This type of girls has plans but are deceptive just like the tag I gave them. They are those type of girls that are always at the top of the class when results are out while their so-called friends make merry with Ds and Fs.
This type of girls has plans yet deceive other with their lifestyle. Avoid them.

THE PLAN-LESS

This category of girls are just the worst type of girls. They are easily brain-washed and deceived. They have no plan in life and live like they will be young till the end of time. Most of them end up worthless beings because a saying goes “(s)he who fails to plan, plans to fail.” They are in most cases a total failure. Avoid them.

THE PROUD AND ARROGANT

This type of girls are not always worthless but they brag about their worth and pride themselves around. They are those type of girls that will always like to carry a placard displaying any little achievement they have ever made in life and boosting that they are the best yet there are some silent ones who have achieved more than ten times what they think they have achieved. Also avoid them unless you can cope.

THE SEDUCTIVE.

I need not to say much on this because more than fifty percent of girls in existence may fall into this category, though I don’t have a certified report on this estimate. Delilah of the bible rendered a great man to almost a worthless being by seduction and the Delilahs of our modern day are still at work, rendering great people worthless. If you fall into their trap then you are on a one-way traffic, just keep going because turning back maybe risky. Just avoid this category of girls completely if you want to make it in life.
Their attention is in your pocket and your ATM card.

This is just an opinion though, but I think it makes some sense. I’m off to the comment box.

10 traits men want in a wife-to-be
December 16, 20160 Comments

Men aren’t as scared of commitment and relationships as they are scared of being in a relationship with a woman where there is no passion and attraction.

Every man has different tastes and preferences but when it comes to choosing a woman to marry; there are some similar traits.

If you want to win the right man’s heart, you need to know what it is that makes him go from just feeling casual about dating you to wanting and needing you on a deeper level.

We have listed 10 traits men want in a woman.

•Industrious woman
Although men may feel intimidated and challenged by their female colleagues in the office, scratch the surface and they will want to marry ambitious women.
Someone they can confidently show to their friends and attend family gatherings; not need to worry about her interpersonal communication skills and intelligence.

•Desire for home and children
Men want women who build a happy home and bring forth children for him. Someone, who can even sacrifice her career to maintain a stable home and long lasting relationship.

•Beauty
Suffice me to say, some modern marriages are based on looks and wealth rather than love and commitment. Obviously, every man wants to marry a beautiful woman, someone who commands respect and is lovable.

•Understanding
Men crave women who can understand their flaws, help them know the cause of their weakness and build on their strength.
They want a woman who will support them during difficult times, understand their habits and hobbies and always be a solid partner and companion for them.

•Honestly
Men want a woman who can be honest at all times no matter how much the truth hurts.

•Great sex partner
Believe it or not, sex plays an important role in every marriage. It connects the partners emotionally and physically. Men crave for someone is sexy, romantic and open for adventurous sex positions.

•Good communicator
Communication is paramount in any relationship, a woman who can voice out what you want, what's going well, and what isn't is incredibly important to a healthy relationship.

•Faithful
Every man wants a faithful woman to be his wife. Someone who will love and appreciate him always.

•Fun-loving woman
Men want a woman they always desire to be with. Someone they can share jokes, go on trips and engage in fun-themed activities without any nagging.

•Someone who understands their personal space
Sometimes some men need personal space. Some alone time to engage in some endeavors, it does not mean he needs time to chat with
another woman or meet her somewhere.

10 Annoying Questions That Nigerian Boys Ask When They Toast Girls
December 15, 20160 Comments

Some Naija guys seriously have no game.
When they try to toast you, they act like annoying mosquitoes handing you a questionnaire to fill out.
Simi really summed it up in her song, ‘Jamb Question’. Here are some of the annoying questions we bet you’ve gotten from Nigerian boys.

1. ‘Eyss Sister, can I talk to you?’
When you hear this one, you just know wahala is about to start.

2. ‘You look very familiar, have we met before?’
Na so.

3. Can I have your number?
They’ll now start calling every second.

4. ‘What’s your Facebook name? let me add you so we can chat.’

5. ‘Are you on Whatsapp or BBM?’

6. ‘Send me your ‘pix”

7. ‘Fine girl like you, I’m sure you have plenty boyfriends’

8. ‘So where do you stay?’
Or the razz version, which is, ‘where do you base’

9. ‘Have you eaten?’
Like they will provide food if you’re hungry.

10. ‘Tell me about yourself’
They are looking for epic tale. Abeg run for the hills when you hear this line.

‘Ladugbo mi’ (Area Codes) visuals finally drops. Download now.
December 01, 20160 Comments

Finally, the much talked about, much awaited visuals to the dopest song of the year, in Ibadan, Oyo State and the whole south west ‘Ladugbo mi’ (Area Codes) produced by the indefatigable T Piano drops.
The well thought of and planned video which was shot in various locations in the city from Ring road, to Yemetu, Challenge, Mokola etc showed the pride of the city in her real unedited form which is one of the strong points of the video. Excellent camera angles and professional use of the drone makes this video one to watch over and over again. Trust Oyinkanade, Fabulous pizzy, Dare Another Level and also Sheun Natural to do justice to their acts to compliment the great vocals they rendered to the audio of the song. This is altogether a masterpiece. Kudos to Rotimi Ige of Roymedia and Mustlaf Entertainment for the total package. This is #IB2DWorld. Its a #RoyGang movement jor! Watch and enjoy. More dope songs to follow soon.

What is mmm?
November 11, 20160 Comments
1. What is MMM?
MMM is a global mutual aid community. MMM is social financial donation exchange network. MMM is a million n million community of people who have agreed to willingly extend financial helping hands to each other via donation.
MMM is not a bank, An investment opportunity, a busines but simply a community of people helping each other financially
Mmm has no central pocket were money is been deposited.. Transactions are done peer to peer

MMM runned by d community ie. Me n you.. We just have a technical program that regulates what we do n what we can't do.. The technical system controls how much we can ask as help or withdraw n how much we can provide as help or deposit.

How does it Work

You know about the popular word 'Contribution' where people contribute money to one person and there's a book where everyone's name is written. When it gets to your turn; everybody's money is given to you....

In MMM, we make pledges to donate our SPARE money to members who need the money. We do so by logging into our MMM account (Personal office) to make the pledge. We join the queue of people who made pledges after making the pledge.

We ONLY make pledges. We don't gather our pledges to give to one person. In MMM there is no CENTRAL ACCOUNT (No bank account where all our pledges are paid into). Members transfer money directly to each other.

Now, if a member in the community who has already made a pledge to provide financial help to another member and has fulfilled his pledge now needs help, he does that by logging into his MMM account (Personal Office) to say so.
The system, connects him with the person in the queue for providing help. If it's your turn on the queue to provide help; when you log into your Personal Office, you will receive the details of the person to provide financial help to.

As soon as you pay the money directly into the person's bank account who needs that financial help and that person acknowledges he has received the money, you are now qualified to receive help.

You then log into your personal office to ask for financial help. Someone/people in the queue who's turn it is to provide help will be assigned to pay you 30% of the donation you provided + the donation money itself.
MMM is composed of 3 components
1. Provide help
2. Get help
3. Technical basic program
A provider of help is someone who has pledged to give financial help in d community. He or she can also be a receiver of help, when he or she has extended a financial helping hand to someone in d community

A receiver of help is a member or participant who has already entended a helping hand or provided help. Thus is qualified to receive help frm d community

So basically MMM hasn't any central pocket where all money deposits or donations goes into.. Becos all donations ar done peer to peer. How do i mean? Donations are done via member to member transfers into there bank accts or bitcoin wallet

The technical basic program controls d activities of the provider of help n the receiver of help.
3. How can i participate n benefit financially in MMM?

Like i said earlier MMM is donation exchange network. If we had previous knowledge of mutual aid society. We understand mutual aid society is a comunity where we give financial help and recive financial help back.. The more financial help u give, the more financialy help u get in return... Is like borrowin your money out, and reciving it back later or much later when u need it wit little interest (just example)

MMM offers is participants an appreciation package for all donations the make to a participant in the community.... MMM offers its participants 30 % growth rate per month for each n every donation the make in d system...
For example
I donate 1000 naira, after 30 days you would be qualified to 1300 naira as financial help from another participant in community,
5000 naira qualifies you to recieve 6500 naira
10000 naira, qualifies you to recive 13000 naira...
So basically.. the percentage grows by 1 % daily or 30 % month

The basic calculation is.

Donation amount X 1.30 = expected amount after 30 days....

Let me just hint us on what goes on in the system a little
When u make a donation request, ur request is registered n placed in a queue, while ur money still remains wit u...
In exchange d system will register ur request wit its virtuaL currency called mavros. This mavros is already growin at 1 percent per day. While ur request is in queue n ur money is with you...

Its a tradition in MMM, that ur donation is frozen for 15 days... So within dat 15 days.. U cant as for help but u can ask for help after 15 days becos it would have been unfrozen also provided ur order to sent money to a participant who needs help is out already n money has been sent

So there are situations where ur request will be in queue for 15-30 days ( thats for those using bank transfer to donate) and ur virtual mavros is growin steadily.. Maybe on d 30th day.. Ur donation request was approved, contact details n bank details of d recipient who needs help was sent to u.. And u made d payment already and payment was comfirmed... I tell u ... Even d next day been d 31st day.. U can withdraw or request to get help and the total money u asked as help will be paid to u within 48 hrs..maximally by another participant by sharing MMM with friends, family n business acquaintances..
MMM doesn't mk any guarantee.. Why becos it doesn't generate revenue, neither does it use ur money fr any business to generate profit. It's pure peer to peer transaction from one member to another member. MMM belongs to d community, its sustainability depends on the activities of d people dat mk up d MMM Nigeria community that is me n you n other MMM Nigeria participants. So it is our corporate responsibility to ensure that this system giving to us freely by Sergry Mavrodi keeps helping people in meeting there financial needs by ensuring that we grow the community.
Just like d banks invest so much funds in marketing, to attract new deposits, MMM also markets thru seminar presentations n Charity events to create awareness and encourage people of different Nigerian ethnic group to join the community...

Where does 30% come from? There is no interest rate in MMM. In MMM after you donated money, you can be rewarded with mavro. It is an index of your tributue to the development of the Community. This index grows 30% a month. It is just a technical issue. Programmers can adjust this growth rate of mavro at any moment. The amount of mavro and its growth rate can be decreased, increased, stopped, cancelled. The amount of mavro and its growth rate can be adjusted at ay moment to balance PH (Providing Help) and GH (Getting Help). That's why MMM can't collapse due to weak inflow of donations. If the inflow of donations will decrease, the amount of mavro will be adjusted, but the main important that the process of donation exchange will not stop. It makes MMM stronger than the financial organizations. Financial organizations have obligations, if they do not meet them, they will go bankrupt. MMM is very flexible. Together we change the world

join MMM today and be financially free
